What is this charge for?

We charge subscription fees to provide access to our online services and at some point your card was used to purchase a subscription to SFM. A full breakdown of all the different subscriptions can be found at the bottom of this page.

What is SFM?

We are the Six Figure Mentors (SFM). We're a global education company that teaches people the fundamentals of generating revenue online through digital marketing. You might have signed up* for our online tools, live webinars and to get access to the community. You can find out more about SFM here.

*If you don't think you signed up with us, don't panic - we can get to the bottom of it and help you make sure everything is secure!

Can you get your money back?

Well, that depends on how much you were charged and when you signed up... You can click here for a full list of all our refund policies but we're always happy to talk through refund options as we know policies can be confusing sometimes.

A breakdown of all our charges:

Here's an easy reference list of all the different amounts you might have been charged and what they are for, (we charge in US Dollars so if you're in another country the amounts might show differently)

Student+ Membership is continued access to Module l of our Get Started curriculum, which gives you an understanding of online marketing and its potential to generate extra income. There are two ways to sign up for this subscription, either by manually clicking the opt in button on the application or opting in when signing up for a free trial.
This is an optional “Special One-Time Offer” which comes with our Free Trial signup. It gives you access to our Digital Skills Platform which contains micro-learning courses covering a range of online know-how. You opted-in for this by ticking the circle in the green box at the centre of the Free Trial signup page, which states the $25/month charge.*
The SFM Application gives you access to our Business System Dashboard so you can have a good look around, and access to Module 1 of our Get Started Curriculum which lays the foundation for what online marketing is all about. You can find the application here.

Also called ‘SFM BASIC’ for Legacy Members.

Essential membership can only be purchased by logging in to the dashboard.

SFM Essential is full membership to the Six Figure Mentors Program. It includes:

  • Full access to the Get Started Curriculum (5 Modules),
  • A personal SFM Business Consultant to help you on your journey,
  • The live Orientation Workshop and weekly training webinars,
  • Full access to our Business System, complete with done-for-you sales materials and marketing tools.
  • Access to our Digital Business Lounge where you can launch a Wordpress website.
  • Full Access to LinkedIn’s Learning Platform called Lynda, com where you can get microlearning for a wide variety of subjects, from photography to marketing.
The monthly subscription for SFM Essential members covers our running costs for all the platforms and live training listed above.
ELITE and ELITE+ gives members live webinar training and courses covering more advanced marketing skills for increased potential to generate revenue online. This membership is renewed annually.

Refund Policies

SFM ESSENTIAL MEMBERSHIP ($197 / $297 and APPLICATION $29.95)

This comes with a 30-Day Refund Policy. To request a refund, please notify our Customer Loyalty Team with your request and reason for canceling within 30 days after your purchase date. Refund requests require a minimum of 24 hours lead time.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable under the Terms and Conditions all members agree to upon sign up. However, we take all situations into consideration so if you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us to discuss.

ELITE(+) MEMBERSHIP

ELITE members can cancel their order and receive a full refund within 3 days after the date that payment was processed. If you enroll in an Installment Plan, the initial payment date serves as the start of the 3 Day Window, and the Refund Policy does not restart with each subsequent payment installment.
